The fees for architectural photography vary depending on the scope of the assignment.

Real Estate Virtual Tours Available within 25 miles of Harleysville, PA. (50 mile round trip) All other areas available with additional charges for travel.
Additional charge of $1.00 per mile is charged after 50 miles based on round Trip milage.

Economy Service - still photos only
$140 - Up to 30 photos
$160 - Up to 60 photos
Maximum time on site 45 minutes, additional time billed at $25/quarter hr.
Full Service - Still Photoraphy plus one 360 Panorama photo and Full featured Vrtual Tour Website
$175 - Town House / Row home
$200 - Single family house under 5000 sq ft.

$45 to add a floor plan if you supply a camera ready copy. $95 if we have to produce it.

Aerial Drone Photography and Video

Fly by of front of house, overhead, rear yard if available, high altitude view.
Agent Introduction Video
$50 Video of agent introducing house produced at time of original photography on site.
$150 Video of agent in a green screen studio, produced after the on site photo shoot
PerfectSky™ - Replace ugly sky with blue sky and puffy clouds
$15 per photo - Replace a gloomy sky with blue sky and puffy clouds.

Virtual home staging is the process of taking a photograph of an empty room and staging it with real looking furniture and accessories using a graphics rendering system. The benefit of virtual staging is a much lower cost than traditional in home furniture. Price is for Empty Rooms. I can remove items from an existing photo for an additional charge, quote available upon request.
Price does not include the cost of on-site photography.
Terms of Service:
Fee for service is due before or upon completion of services provided. Photographs will be uploaded to my web site for you to view. All photos will be watermarked with my copyright and will not be able to be downloaded until payment is received via Pay Pay. After payment is complete watermarks will be removed and download will be permitted.
