Virtual Home Staging - Interior & Exterior
Virtual home staging is the process of taking a photograph of an empty room and staging it with real looking funiture and accessories using a graphics rendering system. The benefit of virtual staging is a much lower cost than traditional in home furniture. To introduce this service, I have set my prices far below other virtual staging providers. (Prices subject to change)
$60 each scene
Price is for Empty Rooms. I can remove items from an existing photo for an additional charge, quote available upon request.
Pricing does not include the cost of on-site photography.

Exterior Virtual Staging - Landscaping
Modifying an exterior scene requires multiple stages in the editing process using specialized tools to achieve the desired result. Here is a 4 step process example.
Step One
The first step is original photography. This is an example of photographing a home on a really bad day. No sky, bad natural light.

Step Two
Basic editing for composition and color correction. In this example slight straightening of the image and adding sunlight and some contrast and color was desired.

Step Three
Next, undesired areas of the photo are removed and replaced with more pleasing results. Here the home was separated from the grey sky and a new sky was added.

Step Four
Then I add back in the background items needed to complete the scene. Here I added trees behind the home and shrubby on the left and some colorful plants in the front garden. I also made some minor lighting corrections, like lightning up the area under the front landing which was a bit too dark. I also backed off some of the green as it was a bit too strong. The result is a natural looking "Portrait" of the home.
